It's surprising how many "solutions" you find for getting your Broadcom b4311 to work with Mint when you Google it, however this is the only one that actually works.
All the other ones simply give you typing practice and excercise your patience.
All you have to do is wait for the installation to finish and you will be able to use the Broadcom wifi card.
They haven't even released updates for all hardware models so maybe things are just in the works, but they haven't indicated so in anything I've seen.
In the mean time, I found these instructions on some wiki: But they seem involved and somewhat confusing, and I'm wondering if it's outdated besides. On a side note, isn't Lenovo a little more responsible than this to take care of flaws in its product?
